After working with the information that I got from our session, I do have a couple of questions.
will do my best! ;-)
Firstly, as you know, the foundation of my apartment is a garage. What I didn't think of before is that most of the garage foundation is also hollow space. I'm unable (for many reasons) to accomplish the grounding-with-red-ribbon technique that you suggested, so I still need help with grounding my foundation.
What I gave you was a "transcendental cure" (TC) from the teachings of LY. As you know, I like scientific/mathematical/nature's rhythms solutions - classic FS, because of their consistency (and the limited, personal-power of how one feels with their "good/bad hair days" governing manifestation abilities) and only use "TC's" when there isn't what I believe to be a solid, time-tested FS remedy (within whatever architectural/decorative parameters ---I say that because of those personal choices, and like you, would never have "Chinese Frogs" or similar in my home).
So, using your smarts (and you so are!), think the concept with your application in mind…using Transcendental FS traditions. What can you do to give the energetic illusion to bring your apt down or garage up to your floor? I've used 2" dia mirrors, 3 sets on 4 corners. in your appt facing down, garage ceiling facing downs and garage floor facing up.
My second question might be more about The Art of Feng Shui. I do understand the difference between direction and location,

but I might be confusing myself. Let's say that the SE location and direction are good for me natally. If, in any particular year, I have negative flying stars there, what are the ramifications of that?
the influence of the yearly star will reduce your good natal combo specific to the negative energy of that specific star. Through client's and my own life experience in working w/ the combos that specificity (to the point of actually predicting events) depends on specially which natals and which yearly energies, and how much time you spend in the areas in question…..and of course, it's holistic relationships with rest of your natal and yearly FS charts specifically in important locations/directions.
How do the negative flying stars influence the directional energy as well, just for that year?
The question may be more, how does each specific negative star influence your kua element and it's relationship of how much time is spent in that area….again with its holistic relationship to the natal/yearly and even monthly energies….that tells the current House Astrology and its influence on the people who occupy the space. If I didn't answer your very thoughtful question that shows you are really getting it, will you please ask me again in another way?
